About the role

You’ll build mobile apps in Flutter for our clients, for iOS and Android, alongside other developers and a project manager. You’ll connect the app to its APIs, test your work before it ships, and take part in code review.

What you will do

  • Build features in Flutter for iOS and Android, in clean, readable code.
  • Connect apps to REST APIs, and debug with the backend developers.
  • Test your code so it’s ready to ship.
  • Review code, and have yours reviewed.
  • Suggest improvements to apps that are already live.
  • Pick up new tools and packages as projects need them.

What we look for

  • Experience with Flutter and Dart.
  • Apps built for both iOS and Android.
  • State management with Provider, Riverpod or Bloc.
  • REST APIs, and a local SQL database such as SQLite.
  • Git.
  • Clear spoken and written English.
  • Nice to have: publishing to the App Store and Google Play; CI/CD with GitHub Actions or Bitbucket Pipelines; native Swift or Kotlin; Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, push notifications).

You’ll also need

  • Experience working remotely, and comfort with remote tools and practices.
  • A stable internet connection.
  • Comfort working hours that overlap with the client’s working day.
  • Experience means paid work on products people use, for clients or at a product company. Course, training and personal projects don’t count.

How you’ll work

You work remotely and full-time, on Indian hours. If a client needs more overlap with their day, your hours shift to match. Every change is reviewed, and clients get a clear progress update every week. Read how we work.
