How an extended dev team runs

How we work
  1. Our day

    We build, on Indian hours.

  2. One standup, one roadmap

Both teams overlap for the daily standup and handover. A progress update every week.

  3. Your day

Handover in the form your team prefers: in the standup, a written note or on your Jira board.

  1. Our engineers join

Backend, frontend, mobile, testing and DevOps roles, mixed to fit the work.

  2. Scale up or down

More engineers or fewer, with 30 days’ notice.

  3. For as long as the roadmap needs them

Stable teams: the engineers who start on your product stay on it. If anyone moves, the handover overlaps.

Questions about extended dev teams

How we work
What does it cost?

It depends on the roles and the size of the team. The written proposal sets out the monthly cost per engineer before you sign.

Can you sign an NDA and a DPA?

Yes. Send yours, or we’ll send ours, and a DPA if you need one.

Who owns the code?

You do. Your code, accounts and IP are in your name from day one.

Describe the team you need.

A partner onboards every new client and is a call away when you need one.
