From first call to first release
What we build-
Step 1: Talk
Thirty minutes with a partner on what you are building and whether we fit. If we do not, we say so and point you somewhere better.
-
Step 2: Propose
Scope or team shape, roles, cost and a first plan, in writing, within a week of the first call.
-
Step 3: Onboard
Accounts, repositories, environments and your ways of working, with the overlap window agreed before the team starts. Engineers read the codebase before they change it.
-
Step 4: Ship
Short sprints, frequent demos and a progress update every week. After release, we can stay on to run it.
How we use AI
Your code and data are never used to train AI models. Our engineers use Anthropic’s Claude and Claude Code, on business terms.
How we handle your dataWhat you can hold us to
- A partner onboards every new client and is a call away when you need one.
- Code review on every change.
- A progress update every week.
- Your code, accounts and IP in your name from day one.
- Stable teams, with overlapped handovers if anyone moves.
- If a stack is new to us, you hear it before we start.
Questions we get asked
Something missing? A partner will answer it on a callWhat does it cost?
It depends on what you’re building and the shape of the team. Tell us about it, and a partner will come back with a written proposal and a price.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within 2–3 weeks of a signed proposal. We’ll confirm on the first call.
Can you sign an NDA and a DPA?
Yes. Send yours, or we’ll send ours, and a DPA if you need one.
What happens after launch?
We can stay on to run it: fixes, updates and new features, by engineers who know the code.
Can you work inside our existing team and codebase?
Yes. That’s how our extended dev teams work: in your repository, your process and your standups.
Can we scale the team up or down?
Yes. Teams scale up or down with 30 days’ notice.
Ask us how this would work for you.
